Welcome to Freedom Choice!
Our company has been up and running since 2018 with a recent expansion and renovation this year! We currently offer a 3 day per week School Program focusing on education TK-12th!
Before and After School Care
Our faith-based homeschool offers convenient before and after school care to support working families. Available Tuesday through Thursday, this program provides a safe, nurturing environment where students can enjoy quiet activities, connect with peers, and ease into or wind down from the school day — all while staying rooted in our values-centered community..
Elementary Day School
Our home-based homeschool program serves students from TK through 12th grade and operates on a 3-day weekly schedule, Tuesday through Thursday. In addition to core instruction, we offer a Friday Enrichment Program from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, designed to extend learning through hands-on projects, faith-based activities, and creative exploration in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
Staff
Ms. June
Ms. June is our owner and operator, and she brings 15+ years of child care experience and teaching to the team. Ms. June is currently taking child development courses to continue her professional growth, currently obtaining 12 units in child development. Ms. June is passionate about building community with our children through love and kindness.
Ms. Janet
Ms. Janet brings 3 years of child care experience to the team. Ms. Janet has obtained her A.S. in Child Development, in addition to obtaining her Master Teacher Certificate with a focus in Early Intervention and Infant/Toddler Development. Teaching children and building curriculum is her passion. Ms. Janet is a mom of two and helped us to expand our facility to include a Homeschool program, Freedom Choice Day School.

Ms. Avery
Hello from Ms. Avery: Welcome! My name is Avery and I am so excited to be your teacher! Here’s a few things about me. I was born and raised in Oakdale and love my community. I’ve been a preschool teacher for the past five years. Being a teacher brings me joy and has always been so rewarding! On my free time I love to go camping or spend time with family and friends. I have a baby boy and being his mommy is my biggest blessing. We are going to have so much fun together and I can’t wait to learn all about you!
Ms. Chaunte
Ms. Chaunte has been a part of our team for two and a half
years. Ms. Chaunte is on our Elementary team focusing on
2nd-3rd grade education. Ms. Chaunte has general college units and brings a vast knowledge and understanding of Social and Emotional development to the team. She is a mom of one bright little boy and she enjoys sewing/crafting in her free time.
Ms. Maddy
Ms. Maddy is the newest addition to the FCDS educational team! She is currently on our elementary team, focusing on TK level education. Ms. Maddy is currently attending Stan State University where she is working on obtaining her teaching degree and credentials! Ms. Maddy enjoys teaching and brings educational magic to the classroom.
Ms. Ashley
Welcome from Ms. Ashley: Hello! I was excited to join the team in 2022. Working with young children and having the opportunity to raise my children in a homeschool school environment has been such a blessing. My firm belief in God, family, and community is extended through this program and mirrors my belief as a mom and homeschool teacher. I look forward to extending my knowledge and career to assist in the growth of your children.
